For more than 15 years, I have worked at the intersection of business, leadership, personal transformation, and human capacity—helping entrepreneurs, leaders, and organizations move from complexity and transition into greater clarity, alignment, and intentional action.
My work is rooted in a simple belief: sustainable transformation requires more than a good strategy. The systems we build, the businesses we lead, and the futures we create are all influenced by our capacity to navigate change, make clear decisions, and lead ourselves and others through uncertainty.
Throughout my career, I have helped entrepreneurs strengthen businesses, leaders translate vision into execution, and organizations improve strategy, operations, customer experience, programs, and systems.
